Colt made this pistols against Smith & Wesson hegemony.
and they start to develop pistols at April 4, 1869. it also used by us goverment services. it has a lot (around 30) of diffrent types and calibres.
Revolvers get their names from revolving clylinder. and this one ,of course, got one and it is single action revolver holding six cartridges...
